Individuals will receive 1-1 SMART Goal setting related to your personal Health & Wellness needs and desires
You will receive 1-1 Progress Reviews. Coach Sel will help you review your progress and make adjustments in order to achieve your goals.
Fitness Performance tracking data ($20/month)
Coach Sel will track and review your fitness performance data monthly. The purpose of this data is to helps you identify potential obstacles and strategies for how to overcome them. It can help you set more realistic goals and stay positive along the way (I.e. decreasing mile time, lifting more weights, and holistic increase of fitness).
Tracking Body Composition (Weight, Muscle Mass, Body Fat %) ($20/month)
Coach Sel will review your body composition monthly. This offers objective, measurable values in your body that translate into physical results such as reducing body fat, building muscle mass, which leads to the body shape and look you desire.
Free Nutritional Goal Setting and Macro Count (free)
This will be provided by Driven Results Nutrition, a leading nutrition company in the Richmond area.
Nutrition Tracking ($10/month)
Coach Sel is not a nutritionist, but he will focus on motivating you to reach your daily nutritional goals by checking in with advice and tips 2-3 times a week.
Body Building and Functional Fitness Coaching ($120/month)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday with a free Saturday class.
